All services are subject to site inspection, feasibility assessment, and mutual agreement on scope and pricing.
3. Quotations and Pricing
Free Inspections
We offer free initial inspections and consultations. However, detailed assessments requiring specialized equipment or extensive time may be subject to charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope modifications, or unforeseen site conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Typically, we require:
- 30% advance payment upon agreement signing
- 40% payment upon completion of 50% work
- 30% final payment upon project completion
4. Service Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Our warranty terms are as follows:
- Terrace Waterproofing: 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship
- Bathroom Waterproofing: 3-year comprehensive warranty
- Basement Waterproofing: 7-year structural warranty
- Building Maintenance: Warranty as per maintenance contract terms
Warranty Conditions
Warranties are subject to:
- Proper usage and maintenance by the client
- No unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Timely reporting of issues
- Compliance with recommended maintenance schedules
- No structural alterations affecting waterproofed areas
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and existing issues
- Grant access to work areas during agreed-upon times
- Ensure safety of our workers and equipment on-site
- Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
- Inform us of any changes to project scope or requirements
- Follow recommended maintenance guidelines
- Report warranty issues promptly
- Not interfere with waterproofed areas during curing periods
6. Project Timeline and Delays
We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, extreme temperatures)
- Unforeseen site conditions or structural issues
- Material supply delays
- Client-requested changes or delays in approvals
- Force majeure events
We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on the project completion.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellation
- Cancellation before work commencement: 50% of advance payment refunded
- Cancellation after work commencement: No refund; payment for completed work required
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if site conditions are unsafe, client requirements are unreasonable, or payment terms are not met. In such cases, advance payments will be refunded in full.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nidhi Waterproofing shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages resulting from client negligence or improper maintenance
- Issues arising from pre-existing structural defects not disclosed
- Damage caused by natural disasters or extreme weather events
- Unauthorized modifications to waterproofed areas
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nidhi Waterproofing and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from our services:
- Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to mediation
- Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of India
11. Insurance and Safety
Nidhi Waterproofing maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We follow strict safety protocols and comply with all applicable safety regulations. However, clients are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and informing us of any site-specific hazards.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
